Marlon Ilagan

Dr. Marlon Ilagan joined the Center for Digestive Health in 2006. He graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine before completing his internship and residency in internal medicine and his fellowship in clinical gastroenterology, nutrition, and hepatology at Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Dr. Ilagan is proficient in a wide range of endoscopic procedures including diagnostic and therapeutic ERCP and other related procedures. He has extensive experience in the care of pre- and post-liver transplant patients. He has a special interest in functional and inflammatory digestive disorders, specifically irritable bowel syndrome, gastroesophageal reflux disease, inflammatory bowel disease, and celiac disease. Dr. Ilagan incorporates the best in both Oriental and Western medicine to develop a comprehensive approach to his patients’ digestive complaints and disorders. Dr. Ilagan speaks English, Filipino, and Mandarin Chinese.
